Not that simple. We've split the kitchen up and provided a new gluten free area. Brand new equipment and utensils and staff training.

This has been very challenging for the whole team. An unprecedented amount of work has gone into recreating our dishes for our gluten free customers. The countless hours of emailing, phoning suppliers, reading labels and consulting specialist. Tasting after tasting, feedback after feedback. We manage to recreate some of our most popular and some signature dishes.
Warriors
As with any new dish. We needed people to put themselves on the line for us and try our recreations. We are very confident in our dishes. Whoever tasted them would be very safe. Were very happy to say that there has been no instances of any problems. We thank all our brave warriors for your trust in us.
