Q1. Why is it when i order a specific meal/item your sold out?
It is very challenging to predict which dish will be most popular each day. Fortunately with years of experience and customer habits. We can predict how much preparation work is needed before we open each night.
As most of our meals is made fresh on the day and depending how popular a dish is. We can sometime run out on ingredients.
Q2. I phoned in for an order and was given a pick up time. When i arrived, i still had to wait. Why?
When an order is placed via telephone. You will be given the best possible time to complete your order and for pick up. If you are quoted 17:45. you arrive 17:40. In most cases you will still have to wait as your order is still being cooked. We will however try and complete your order if you are early but this will depend on how busy we are completing other orders. You should receive your order by 17:45.
Sometimes Its difficult to predict how busy we can be on some days and there will be times that we may well run over your quoted time. For that we apologise and we will try and complete your order as soon as.
Q3. I don't know what to order. What do you suggest?
You can tell us what you would like to eat. What type of meat? Do you like fried or not? Spicy or not? We will offer suggestions relating to your answers.
Q4. Why is it when i order a meal, its different from another takeaway?
We had this question many times from customers that have come to us in the past. Some Chinese meals is not set out with defined ingredients but many are. With many cooks, chefs like to follow authentic ingredients but some like to add their own touches. Over the years we have adapted to customers tastes and inputs, sometimes even changing a whole core meal itself to suit individual tastes. We apologise if its not exactly what you are expecting if you ordered from another chinese takeaway.
